completely unprofessional - do not use. i dropped my snow blower off 3 days before a blizzard. the owner said that he'd try to get to it, but he left it untouched and on display along the street curb. i returned on the eve of the blizzard to find it (again) on the curb. i politely explained that I understood that he was too busy to effectuate the repair and congratulated him on having "too much business" but then i told him that i would take the blower home because i was able to get it serviced elsewhere. the owner and his w... read more
