I woke up with extreme tightness in my back and Jon was able to squeeze me in. He was extremely knowledgeable on my pain. He talked me through the whole process. I had incredible relief after only 30 minutes. What a hidden gem.

He took his time to explain what he was doing, what muscle he was working on and why, and educated me on what exercises and stretches I can at home to alleviate my pain.
