Built as quick as possible by the same builders who razed all the farmland in the St Charles area to build New Town and other overpriced-matchbox-housing ventures. Buyer beware. Problems with the home are almost certainly not far down the line. The 170k price point on these houses is in no way justifiable
When we first attempted to purchase a McBride home there was some confusion and we ended up missing out on the home. However, McBride reached out to us after our experience and went above and beyond to make it right. The process went smoothly and we are very happy with the purchase of the home.
