The living room portion of this place does not accurately represent itself. The staff was nice and the lady's that came to my house were nice. But they failed to inform me there's no showers here there's no beds here and you need to have ur own phone to be here. I had a place to live before I went here trying to get help but I now am homeless bc I was mislead on what this place was and where I was will not allow me to come back so y'all literally ruined my life
Can't trust them. Make sure you double check all paperwork. Lots of mistakes. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place
I absolutely hate this place with a passion. I’ve had so many bad experiences with this over the 10+ years I’ve come here on and off. It’s a nightmare. One therapist I had knew I lost my daughter at 9 months old. Her birthday was coming up and obviously it was very traumatic. I went to her and told her I wanted to unalive myself, how I was going to do it, and had the means to do it, and if I left I would do it. She called crisis and they told me I didn’t meet criteria for hospitalization. HOW? I just went through a horrific ... read more
Crisis worker lied that I'd be brought to the Living Room after being evaluated at the hospital if I went by EMS. They tried to hospitalized me instead and left me stranded in Hillsboro after deciding not to hospitalize. I've been stranded without my meds or anything since Monday and it is now Thursday. This is criminal.
