I’m now a regular visitor here for oil changes. They greet me by name when I walk in the door. Cost is really good. They explain any issues and make recommendations for future service. Won’t go anywhere else in Redding.
Locust Auto Repair does a great job on my various vehicles and their repairs. They also stand by the vehicle warranties without fussing or denying the warranty work needs to be done/adjusted. I've have very disappointing repairs at Strong Automotive. They DIDN'T stand by the warranty for a $2,500 repair THEY said I needed, which didn't fix the problem. I live about 9 hours away from here and got incredibly worried and stressed when my car broke down, but these guys took care of it super quickly and helped me figure out financing and just took super good care of me, especially the girl at the front desk, she was so caring and thoughtful and really helped me, I can’t thank these guys enough, I’ve never had my car get done so quickly.
