I just moved in the apt, so far i like it very much, the staff is very friendly and helpful as well, the apt itself has a large living room, and it comes with a dishwasher(yaaaa) and a washer and dryer hook up(yaaa again) that was the game changer, the bedrooms are big as well and to top it off you have a back door with a line outside to hing your clothes on if you want. In closing moving here was the best thing I could have done for myself, If you can get in I say come, they go by your income.

First of all this place is like being in a concentration camp back in the 1920s-1930s. They tell you that they have the right to bardge in your home without your permission at anytime including when your NOT home. Everything is braking down a few times every other month. Half the time I don't have a working toilet or hot water. Also my unit has black mold. They poison us every month with pesticides. Waited 5 months to get denied because we wasn't on disability or was drawing ssc...checked in multiple times and they refused to tell me anything and totally waisted my time knowing I wasn't going to ever get an app because it's geared towards the only the elderly...yet I see young couples there all the time so Been constant lies from the start absolutely pathetic...literally told me because I have a job that's why I'd never qualify. And I personally know 5 people there and none are drawing ssc or disabilities
