I was recently there to have help after a brain infection. Every single person who works there were rude as hell. I got talked about and made fun of by the nursing staff. Don't send a loved one here to get any kind of rehabilitation, they leave you in bed 24/7. I'm in the works of trying to have this place shut down. They are extremely quick taking money out of your account, but not too quick to answer a bell going off. Please don't send anyone you care about to this place. My grandmother was there . Hospice called to see how she was doing they said good. That's how good they check on their patients she passed away the night before. The social worker doesn't return phone calls. They lost her dentures . Activity ladies are very nice.
Unfortunately, we didn't even get past the terrible office experience due to the intake representative dropping the ball constantly and then lying numerous times about it and other things as well. This individual doesn't even live locally, she drives up from West Virginia. So instead of my husband living 5 minutes from his family, in his close nit community, he is an hour away.
Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Our grandmother was here. It was a nice friendly environment.
