Lauren is a knowledgeable stylist, however her space doesn't reflect her pricing. I paid 1800$ for my starter micro locs and it took 3 LONG days. I went back for a retie in 5 weeks per her instructions and paid over 300$ for 1/2 my head. She asked me to book another appointment for the second 1/2. I promptly found another shop who did the remainder of my head in a little over an hour for 80$. What I'm saying is, you can't charge by the hour AND be slow. First let me say customer service was amazing! But even more than that my loctician was a beautiful soul. I'm excited for my upcoming hair color appointment. She is a must try loctician.

Lauren did a great job with my sisterlock re-tightening. She took her time to ensure every loc was maintained. Also, love the laughter and great conversation.

I want to leave a positive rating, but I can't. I ordered sisterlock shampoo, sisterlock spray, and their lemongrass mist on June 17. They did not process my order until July 4. Once the package arrived, the lemon grass bottle totally was empty. The top was completely off. The sisterlock supplies were fine. I emailed them with a picture of the inside of the box. No response.
