Lauren did a great job with my sisterlock re-tightening. She took her time to ensure every loc was maintained. Also, love the laughter and great conversation.
I want to leave a positive rating, but I can't. I ordered sisterlock shampoo, sisterlock spray, and their lemongrass mist on June 17. They did not process my order until July 4. Once the package arrived, the lemon grass bottle totally was empty. The top was completely off. The sisterlock supplies were fine. I emailed them with a picture of the inside of the box. No response.
I got my starter locs just yesterday. They are so pretty I absolutely love how they came out.
Lauren started my locs and continues to do my maintenance. She's certified, professional, and pays meticulous attention to detail. My hair has flourished under her care. I get compliments eveytime I leave the house. Locspiration Salon is the best!
My daughter (elementary age) and I went to Lauren for an initial consult & it was thorough. She listened to my concern sregarding my daughter's starter locs & mature locs. She listened to where we wanted to go on our journey & provided so much information. She answered every question, was extremely kind, took her time getting to know us, & made great plan of care.
