Very unprofessional and rude. Cursed me and my daughter out after she was 30 minutes late for the appointment. Did not call to say she was running late nor did she apologize. After I asked her about the tardiness, she told us we have no business questioning her and told us to leave, after we’d driven a hour for the appointment.
