Horrible customer service no one greets you at the front desk, all of the ladies that worked there were ether on their phone or doing nothing. They did not provide a consultation and got irritated and told me to just do it online
Booked an appointment for cornrows two days earlier. Got there today and the stylist told me she couldn’t grip my 3 inches of hair because she had on nail extensions. Waste of time.
Stylist Krystina is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! SHE CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT ME WHILE I WAS AT THE SHOP AND THEN CHARGED ME A NO SHOW FEE....
i thought i found the perfect loc salon! the stylists are talented and the customer service IN the salon is amazing! I booked online “small 2 strand twists” and the price stated $150. Before i arrived at the appointment, i texted the number of the salon and asked are the prices online accurate. They told me “Yes, all prices online are accurate.” I booked with Victoria.
