My wife's brother got a consultation for starter locs. He is autistic and he's white ik that locs are expensive but to give him a quote of $1500 doesn't sound right. I've had my locs for 3-4 years now and have never heard of pricing that high the most I've paid is $300. The reviews made us wanna give u a shot but for $1500 hell I'll do them myself
Ms. Shea did my extension locs. And I LOVE them! She was professional, worked fast, her customer service was a 10/10! Not only that she exceeded what I expected! My locs are neat and BEAUTIFUL!
