I absolutely love the atmosphere of Loc Concept salon. Everything was clean and welcoming, including the bathroom, which I really appreciated. Safia did my hair and she did a wonderful job—I truly loved how my hair turned out. She was professional, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!
