Very unprofessional. First takes a long time to do the hair and then completely forgets she has appointments. We had an appointment set and if I would not have messaged her to confirm the appointment, I would not have known she was out of town! Then she rescheduled the appointment and was an hour late! And again did not call or let us know we had to call her. Would not recommend this place.
Loctation took so long to interloc my hair. The price she charged was not worth. I washed my own hair and it was still outrageous!
