My appointment with Thee loc Journey was nothing short of amazing. I’ve been trying to start dreads for a few months and I went to someone prior who told me the wrong info “don’t let any water get on your hair”, “don’t wash your hair” and my “dreads” kept coming out and I had to keep going back. When it comes to locticians you really aren’t going to find anyone better than Journey. Her place is always clean and inviting. She is extremely thorough when it comes to your hair needs. She takes the time to explain the process and what’s needed for upkeep. The care that she puts into each of my appointments excellent and is hard to find these days. If I had to say one bad thing it’s that I can’t take her with me every where I go. Seriously you won’t be disappointed.

Journey has great customer service and a clean, inviting and professioanl salon. It was the first time I had let anyone touch my locs that I've had for seven years and the wash felt amazing. She made the music suit my tastes and we had insightful conversation. When I was having an issue with my locs, she worked immideately to help make the situation better and had much compassion and problem solving . Been doing my hair since 2018 Great customer service and pays attention to detail Also journey is very professional she will get you exactly what you want and need! She doesn’t care about how much she can make she cares about the quality and the fact she can leave you with the proper knowledge about your locs

Ms. Journey have been very gentle with my hair, she’s the only one I trust with my Locs because she takes her time and make sure I am satisfied. She’s very knowledgeable about Locs and gives me a lot of advice on loc care through out my loc journey. I would recommend anyone that wants to start their loc journey to go to her.
