I had a wonderful experience with Journey. She’s very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. She answered all of my many questions with grace. I appreciated her passion and professionalism in helping me understand my specific journey. I love her holistic approach to the care of my hair and look forward to returning.
I had my micro locs installed 2/10/25. What a wonderful experience! Journey is an incredible loctician. She's very knowledgeable, warm and engaging. Her lovely establishment is spotlessly clean and she really caters to her clients. I received great information to keep my locs healthy. My hair looks beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough!
My appointment with Thee loc Journey was nothing short of amazing. I’ve been trying to start dreads for a few months and I went to someone prior who told me the wrong info “don’t let any water get on your hair”, “don’t wash your hair” and my “dreads” kept coming out and I had to keep going back. As a result my hair had built in product and dandruff on my scalp which looked very very bad. When it comes to locticians you really aren’t going to find anyone better than Journey. Her place is always clean and inviting. She is extremely thorough when it comes to your hair needs. She takes the time to explain the process and what’s needed for upkeep. The care that she puts into each of my appointments excellent and is hard to find these days. If I had to say one bad thing it’s that I can’t take her with me every where I go. Seriously you won’t be disappointed.
Journey has great customer service and a clean, inviting and professioanl salon. It was the first time I had let anyone touch my locs that I've had for seven years and the wash felt amazing. She made the music suit my tastes and we had insightful conversation. When I was having an issue with my locs, she worked immideately to help make the situation better and had much compassion and problem solving .
