Horrible customer service. She changed my appointment without calling me to let me know(all I received was a standard text) and I specifically booked my appt that day since I worked the day before. I called and texted more than once and no response from her since about 2 days ago. I was so so looking forward to getting my locs done by her.

I never leave Shshanna feeling unsatisfied. She takes her time to share loc care techniques and tips to keep my locs healthy and clean! Four years in, and I still say it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
