I enjoyed the service in getting my twist Microlocs. From the initial consultation which provided a time to ask questions and set expectations to the install. There was great communication and service. Totally recommend!

When someone comes in to spend a couple hundred to get some locs touched up, knowing it will take a few hours to get done, and you leave feeling like you are now family, that is what you call exceptional service. Some people you just vibe with, I get that, but Marissa!!!! I was there for 4 hours, and I enjoyed every minute. Thank you so much for making me feel like I have known you for my whole life. I brung my daughter 3 times. The first appointment was for a consultation. During the consultation we discussed part reconstruction, would be done at the next appointment (2nd appointment). I paid for my daughter’s maintenance appointment and part reconstruction. My daughter’s hair was in a style, however I could still see that the partings weren’t completely reconstructed. I scheduled an appointment online and received multiple confirmations showing it was accepted (pic). I even had to provide my credit card information with a deposit, agreeing to be charged half the price for a no-show. Ironically, *their* provider, Marissa, never showed up. My 17-year-old son waited from **7:30 AM to 9:00 AM on Wednesday (11/12/2025)** — missing school in the process. LONG REVIEW PLEASE READ! I honestly don’t feel 1 star is even deserved after the service my daughter received. I scheduled an appointment for her some time in advance, and the day before the appointment we received a text message stating the appointment time had been pushed back over an hour past when originally scheduled.
