I scheduled an appointment online and received multiple confirmations showing it was accepted (pic). I even had to provide my credit card information with a deposit, agreeing to be charged half the price for a no-show. Ironically, *their* provider, Marissa, never showed up. LONG REVIEW PLEASE READ! I honestly don’t feel 1 star is even deserved after the service my daughter received. I scheduled an appointment for her some time in advance, and the day before the appointment we received a text message stating the appointment time had been pushed back over an hour past when originally scheduled.
