Didn't have what I ordered. Instead of making me wait they sent me the more expensive product! Great customer service and care.
Do not rely on this company when ordering medical supplies. When they don't arrive, they lie and say they will look into it and get back to you asap. I have never heard back from management!
I called LoCost Medical Supply today and spoke with Steve or Steven. I asked if he carried the Soft Form Maternity Belt. He said they did, but then said I would have to order it online, so really he didn't have it in the store. Then I asked if he billed to insurance. He said no, and then asked which insurance company. I told him BCBS. He said, "They won't pay for it." I told him "yes they will." I had already called my insurance provider to see if this was a covered item if I had a prescription, and it is.
