Great community wood visit again.
This was an immensely positive experience. Workout classes are always tough, and Locomotion's HIIT circuit was. But the people in the gym were (1) locked in during the workouts, (2) inviting and encouraging during the breaks, and (3) and people stayed around for a little bit to chat after the workout ended. Whether they knew each other before or after, the experience felt non-judgmental, supportive and motivating. This was the epitome of a tremendous fitness group and community.
