There are so many great classes on offer, with special pop-ups and fun contests (like exercise bingo) to keep the community motivated and coming back for more! I love the smaller class sizes, the knowledgeable instructors, and the upbeat music and overall vibe.
I'm OBSESSED with LOCO !! They are doing such a fabulous job, have an amazing atmosphere and gives this girl a kick a$$ work out every single time !! 🤘 Spin, barre, kettlebells, every class is welcoming to anyone at any level ! I'm so proud of you ladies, keep up the great work !! 🫶
