i had booked my work ute in for a regas air-conditioning I had it booked in for 1.00 pm i had rang up and ask if i could bring it early they said no problem i couldn't fault their work
I requested a COI and showed a sample certificate to avoid misunderstanding, but I got a Safety Certificate which is not accepted by TMR. They didn’t provide the correct certificate and even worth, they asked me to call TMR and told me that they confirmed TMR would change it to the correct one in the system. I called TMR and was clearly told this is not possible to be changed by the TMR. So this is a wrong information.
