I stayed for a week on the Gold Coast and was fortunate enough to train at Locos. Such a welcoming and fun place and the coaches are so talented!
Dropped in for a couple of classes whilst visiting the Gold Coast. The Loco HQ community is amazing - quality coaching, good workouts and brilliant welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend you check them out if you’re looking for a gym to train at or you’re visiting the area.
This is an amazing place ! With my husband we were looking for somewhere we could enjoy working out but also create new connections, make some friends and be part of a family. And, this is what we have there, thanks to Paco, Annette and all the loca familia ! We feel at home, listened, important and always pushed to achieve our goals. We are very happy we have found this place and would recommend it to everybody 🤩🤩🤩
As a mature aged person joining a CrossFit gym for the first time I was a bit nervous. However, the team at Loco HQ have been very welcoming. They have created a supportive environment, explaining and demonstrating the training and movements you will be doing. They have a focus on safety and want you to succeed regardless of your fitness level. I am very happy with my decision to join and look forward to getting fitter and stronger with their guidance.
I absolutely love training at Loco HQ. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, with a welcoming community of likeminded down to earth people who make every visit enjoyable. Paco is knowledgeable, motivating and always there to offer guidance and support. The workouts are challenging but rewarding, helping me push limits to see progress. The gym has a great vibe and is a great place to train. If you’re looking for somewhere to train that is challenging, fun and uplifting then Loco HQ is the place to be. Highly recommend!
