Eric and LoCo Fitness gave our business our very first opportunity, trusting us to do a drone video shoot for their 3-year anniversary. Working with Eric was an extraordinary experience—he is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. It’s clear that he and his wife have built a beautiful space fueled by hard work and a true love for the community. We highly recommend them!
I am currently using the LoCo nutrition services with Eric. Hes been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring towards helping me reach my nutritional goals. He makes it easy to understand, never shames, and helps me come up with effective plans for every stage of my nutrition journey.
Best gym all around. Great environment
Nice facility, great owners! They offer a variety of group fitness options along with a 24/7 gym. Personal coaching and nutritional services are available. Updating of facilities are ongoing. (Also, some laid-back canine mascots to give a little extra love.)
