I lived at 121 Towne Apartments for several years. I had a good overall experience that became great once Chaya and her team began managing the building. They maintain a standard of professionalism, while being courteous and responsive to all residents. The maintenance team makes every effort to resolve all issues as quickly as they can, and each concierge does whatever they can to be as helpful as possible. The community amenities are very well-kept and are convenient to use.
I lived here for 2 years. I had a great experience living in this community. I felt like the Chaya and her team looked after the residents and always thought in their best interest. We moved out of the building due to moving across the country and I really appreciated how flexible the 121 team was when we moved out. If I could give a 6/5 I would. They’re exceptionally accommodating and haven’t had a single problem with them in my one year here. I’ve lived in a few buildings now, and this has been by far the best experience. Apartments themselves are super clean and modern. And very well built I hardly ever hear my neighbors. If there are any maintenance issues, honestly I can expect it to be fixed in 24 hours. Maintenance people are always happy to help. I have been a residence at 121 Towne Street since 11/2024. After living in Stamford in a downtown complex for the last 8 years I was nervous about making the move. My transition here was nothing but great. Warm welcome and professionalism from Makayla and Chaya. Santos (and those who work the package concierge are all awesome). Great assistance from the maintenance staff worker like Carlos, Sebastian and Dolonzo and many more. Love the quietness, the building is always clean, smells wonderful and apartment layout is roomy.
