The difference in paying with card verus paying with cash is so stupid. All to get more money.
As if getting your car towed isn’t bad enough, dealing with this company is somehow worse! We’ve had our cars towed twice now from our complex, but don’t count on a notice, just hope you realize your car isn’t where you parked it. We happened to make it to their lot within their ridiculous business hours - your car can be towed at 1am, but you can’t pick it up before 9am or after 4pm. Brother got towed from a parking lot that had no sign, was instead on the opposite side of the parking lot - on the street. When we called, they couldn't give any details, just that they had it and it was gonna cost 300$. Yet the “towing” company was nowhere to be seen, left no signs or cards. Be careful y'all.
They towed me the other day. I won't lie, besides them towing my car, I didnt really have any complaints. Surprisingly, they didnt steal anything and every other place took my change,CDs, chargers, they left everything and I'm really grateful for that. Other places take everything. If you have to get towed, they're the place you want
