After towing my car, they stole my Air pods and expensive cologne. They probably needed more than me. I’ll let karma deal with whoever responsible for my missing items.

🫂✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️2025-10-8 The lady at the window was so sweet and patient with me and very helpful. I'm afraid they need a better i tercom system for us older folks who have "CHS."👂 Zero issues getting my property today. Yard guy knew right where my car was and even lifted my car out for better access to my property (packing cars in so close for storage made it difficult to get in and out otherwise.) Very facilitative, patient receptionist, and same with yard attendant.
this place is horrible everyone is rude and disrespectful they tow cars for no reason everyone that works here does nothing
