Great services and the customer service is available at all times
I have used Lockwood Tax Service for about three years now. I am completely satisfied with the level of service and received the largest refund ever with them finding all the legal deductions. Old Fred is really a master at what he does and goes behind each preparer to make sure his customers are getting the best deal. Some people still expect him to do each return, but after growing to this point, he has way too many customers and everyone would be waiting forever.
