Lockwood of Waterford is a great place to live. The staff are all excellent and caring of the residents. Issues get resolved quickly. There are lots of activities to participate in, if you so desire. The meals and housekeeping services are nice to have. I have been here 1 1/2 years and so glad I made the decision to move here.
I would like to start by saying I don't have family in this residence. However in my profession I am called into many assisted living facilities. Quite often I get in and get out. I see filth in other facilities as well as lack of care, empathy or kindness. Lockwood of Waterford is the example of how assisted living facilities should be run and maintained. Happy staff. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Clean lobby, restroom and living apartments. I was blown away by the great work this team puts forth. You all are amazing!

Great care and customer service. Amenities are awesome. Meals are AMAZING and staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend.
