I had a pipe burst and called my insurance company. Lockwood enterprises showed up the same day to assess damage. The next day with a full crew. Not only did they move all my contents out of the house but boxed and marked where the box came from ( what room) and what was in boxes. Then they started to demo. They had over 30 fans and at least 7 dehumidifiers going until moisture level was low enough to remove fans. Everyone I met from Lockwood was professional and I believe cared about my needs. I had an amazing experience with the ER Disaster Team Jorge,Milton, Brandon, George, James and the Office Staff Karen, Chris. They were able to do my mitigation and my home repairs. They work with my insurance company to get the most repairs covered. Their response time is fast and get them job done very well. Looks like nothing never happened. Friendly staff and always keep their customers posted with updates. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you

Once all the LONG arguing with the insurance company was done, ER Disaster got right on the job fixing our water-damaged kitchen and finished on budget and well under estimated time. Brandon was easy to work with and responded well to any suggestions we had and any changes we made. Jeff did great work on the cabinets, Charlie’s crew did an excellent job on the floor and backsplash tile, Ian’s work on the trim was perfect and Luis did AWESOME on the granite countertop. From the panic of making that first phone call because water was flooding my daughters room, to shaking the hands of Matt, Roland, and Brandon when they were all done with the obnoxious color my daughter chose for her room, these guys were unbelievably amazing! They made me feel comfortable, and like my home was in good hands. Never had a company taking such good care of my home for me before! Thanks guys so much you were awesome! P.s. Our family had the unfortunate luck of finding mold in our home, but ER Disaster Services took us on and felt as if they took our situation personally.
