Absolutely appalling! Refused my 9 year old daughter and appointment with a cracked tooth. 111 put the appointment through as an emergency. Their excuse was nothing had come through on the system. When I contacted 111 the dental practice had refused to assign an appointment! Receptionist so rude I swore at her down the phone. If you manage to ever get an appointment here I wouldn't go. Refusal to provide any dentist appointments because of cancellations which were all work related.
