My experience with this shop was not great. I came in to replace headlights after a minor front-end accident and mentioned that I needed the car ready for a driving test. They installed a headlight in the wrong color without confirming with me first. As a result, I had to pay extra to replace the other headlight (which was not damaged) just to make both sides match. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish Lockwood was more than helpful, accommodating and professional. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle and give it back to me in better and cleaner condition.
