This place is amazing! They have amazing service, all the way from the front desk to the work they do in the back. They all take pride in what they do and it shows and they go above and beyond. . Lockwood Autobody did a great job of replacing a mangled front panel on our Ford Edge vehicle after an accidental collision into a bollard. They also courtesy-washed the vehicle exterior before handing it back in gleaming condition after repairs. Customer service was excellent in all aspects, including polite and helpful front desk staff who processed our damage insurance claim and ordered a rental vehicle while the job was being done.
