Kathy is our agent and she goes above and beyond for our business. She has helped us countless times, even while on vacation (sorry, Kathy!). I can't recommend her services enough.
Sadly I've not been very impressed with my experience thus far. I just called to open a new homeowners policy at the end of February with Kathy. I made sure to let her know that I'm on disability and wanted my auto payments taken out at the beginning of the month as that's when I receive my monthly payment & I have a couple bills already that come out at the end of the month.
