Great selection as all lockwood stores have but this location has real unwelcoming vibes to it. It’s been like this for a minute and I always feel like an idiot for shopping here after I do. Recently bought a cool hat that I have been recieving compliments on but when people ask where from, i just direct them to the hat makers website. Not one star because this location is useful if you need a gift in a bind. Otherwise, shop at their awesome Astoria location that has a ton more options.
I want to check out this location for awhile now, since I had been to Sunnyside and Astoria locations, and working nearby. I have a really bad experience at this location today. 1. Every other customer came into the store, hav been greeted and being interactive with by the store employee who was a lady with blond hairs and glasses on. The Sunnyside and Astoria locations have better customer services than this location apparently. 2.
