Cancelled insurance over a month ago. They are still taking money and wont give a date to return my money
Extremely poor communication. Need a COI? They'll take a few days and make several mistakes. Need a new policy? They won't answer emails so you have to call them and pray their agents are actually in the office. Absolute mess and not worth the money.
Was just received a notice on non-renewal since we sold 80% lowers in the past. This is very corrupt insurance company and I would not continue to conduct business with anyone who does not follow current laws and regulations. Once you go WOKE you GO BROKE.
