We’ve been using LockTight for close to 10 years. The price is reasonable, the facility is gated, and they have great communication with customers. During the last 10 years I believe our rates have only increased once.

Great place to keep my personal items. It is fenced, lighted at night and has security cameras for safety.

Used them for a portion of Jan, all of Feb and had my items out by 10 Mar. Called to let them know I was out. Person immediately stated since I didn't provide a written 10 day notice that I wouldn't get my $20 deposit back. They then reiterated several times that it is written into the contract this way. Even though I had paid for the entire month of March. Terrible customer service on their part. We were moving and didn't have our contract to RE-READ.
