It was multi-level marketing scam from the beginning. They make money by lying to people and feigning the skills required to complete simple tasks.

They are thieves, anything not scheduled is considered an emergency and you will pay out the ass to be treated like scum. Never get calls back from "management" and beware the so called "tech" makes the prices they charge. Joe is a lier!
Total scam. Sent a couple of teenagers to look at our garage door, we were told they had to order parts, told 3 weeks later they couldn't do the job. Only out $79 which was supposed to go toward the parts, but still... do not use this company. Their headquarters are "a secret location" per JC, who called to check on our satisfaction. What a joke!
I called asking for another key to be made after locking myself out of the car. The guy used the wrong year format for my car, destroyed my ignition switch, as well as my door release trying to test it. Then gave up and charged me 300 dollars before handing me a screwdriver to start it with. Talking to the BBB now.
