I've used them for years and will continue. Best in the business hands down!
They were 30 minutes late with my dog locked in my car with the heat on full blast. When they got there it took him two seconds to stick a bag in the top of my car door air it up and stick a rod in to unlock my lock and then charged me $65!! Then when I told him I felt like that was a lot he told me he gave me a discount because it should’ve been 80 because he was down the street.. Super fast, professional service. Gave them my vin, and full name, they took care of the rest. Noam came out with a smile and a new key for my truck only an hour later. I swiped my card and signed my receipt and was on my way only a minute later. Good job guys!!!

Customer Beware! I had to paid for service call & new knobset. They knew the previous model had defects; ( The technician told me) however, I was charged for replacement because I missed the 6 month work warranty by 2 months. I demanded one year warranty written this time on work invoice. P.S. the technician also told me the previous installer technician no longer worked for them. Liar. Liar. Boy, was he surprised to find his name and cell number on previous invoice. FYI, members of Angie's List.
Well if you want to deal with a company that causes damage and ruins a lock to get you into a house and then wants to charge you to fix your mistake contact this company. If you want a company that stands by their work and takes care of their customers then find another locksmith.

Could not understand this guy, also he he was really slow . Do not use him .
