Manny who installed our lock was phenomenal. He had given me a quote the day before suggesting it would take around two hours however it only took 30 minutes and they still charge the full amount of had it been two hours very very disappointed and felt taken advantage of will not be recommending this company or using them again.

I was locked out of a home I had purchased because of a defective garage keypad. Locksmith Lion saved the day. And when I finally got to Florida, as promised Ray showed up within a day and help set up the remote lock access. He even fixed the garage keypad. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option. I have very pleased with the promptness and courtesy extended. This is an excellent vendor!

We were locked out of the house past midnight because our garage key pad failed to work. We did not have a house key. We called Locksmith Lion 24-7. Raz Hen responded and came within 1/2 hour. He worked diligently after confirming our ownership and was able to open our garage side door. We really appreciated his courteous and professional service.
