Jessi Benson had been cutting my hair for years and does beautiful balayage. I went in for a “trim and face framing layers” this week, and she ended up cutting large chunks of hair above my jawline, with one side going all the way to my ear. When she turned the chair around, I was shocked. It was choppy and uneven, and one side of my head resembled a mullet. She had previously done several nice cuts that looked nothing like this.
