Ms. Freda is absolutely amazing, and has the magic touch! I have been going to Ms. Freda since 2021, and she has always provided me with the best service! Everyone in the shop is always so friendly, and super sweet! I am a locks on the horizon client for life!
The mom (Miss Freda) is great and professional. Unfortunately, her daughter (Pariz) started my locks. I never returned for my 1st retie due to her unprofessional behavior and attitude. I was very uncomfortable the whole experience with my neck bent backwards in uncomfortable positions; meanwhile her mother has client laying back comfortably enjoying their experience.
