I was looking for a hair spa for locs and was pleasantly surprised to find one in Brooklyn. After not having my hair done for 7 months I initially booked an appointment with Ayaba for full loc maintenance and a loc detox. When I got there it was pretty empty and the door was locked which I liked. People aren’t just walking in and out all Willy Nilly. No one trying to sell you DVDs or perfume.
