Very disappointed. Sam put a color on my hair that I did not approve and it was completely not what I wanted. I clearly told her my objective was to go lighter and let my gray grow out but she colored my entire hair dark brown. I am giving one star though because she acknowledged she should have let me see my hair after she lightened it and I should have gotten to approve the color before she applied it on my hair. Jess is the best! My hair always comes out even better than I imagined and makes sure my hair is healthy and shiny. She gives great hair care advice! My friends always compliment my hair - it’s her work!! On top of that - she just has a great personality and soul!
