Incredible customer service and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my products! I did an order at 4:08pm and the next day I got an email that it had already been packed and sent out at 10.11am! The new warehouse is very efficient and the packaging is very secure. Also with new barcode system it means I always get the product I ordered - very efficient and exact
I first found Locks Lash 8 years, I became the lash tech I am today because them. I am now working towards finishing my 7th or 8th course with them now. The staff are brilliant, friendly, informative, helpful...gosh I could go on. Not to forget the products they sell, good products makes a great lash application. Stick with the best I say!!
Locks Lash is an incredible business whom I am completing online lash and brow courses through! They are so supportive and always available to help. Even completing these courses online, I feel really supported and any questions I have, they are super responsive and helpful!! I'm a long-time customer and love their products. Lash Glues and Extensions are of amazing quality. Only one thing, probably since the owner changed the delivery process became a little slow. It used to be a quick dispatch and arrived in 2-3 days. Though they have good customer service
Please find a reputable seller for the body contouring machine. My machine is damaged after the second use and these have been anything but helpful with trying to help me get it repaired. Find a company that has good connections with their manufacturer & a machine that comes with warranty. Lots of positive reviews for their lash products. Maybe they need to stick to that
