Bought a key online and needed it programmed, took it here and they tried to program, after about 5 Minutes the locksmith came back in the store and said it was the wrong key. They charged me 75 Dollars for trying. So I came home and contacted the company I bought the key from and they ensured me the key I had was the only key that worked for my truck and recommended I try a different locksmith. I needed 3 keys made for Transit Vans, so I called them. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was SUPER NICE! She was so helpful and friendly. Daniel was the technician that came out and he was AWESOME! We had a few issues that was on my end but Daniel never got mad, and was determined to get the job done. These people are AMAZING. Thank you so much for your help in getting these keys made. I would use them in a heartbeat, the next time I needed their services. Thanks!

I went there to get my own ford Taurus key cut . It literally took him 15 seconds and I was charged $20 . I thought this was excessive as I only paid $15 for the key/ fob. I won't be going back.Not the same place as the old " Livonia Lock & Key "

Outstanding!!!! Very clean facility extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable! They are GOOD!
