Unfortunately I did not end up setting an appt as they require a credit card to do so. I'm not comfortable providing that for privacy reasons and to prevent theft. They could be great but I won't ever know and a credit card is required.

I canceled my appointment more than 24 hours in advance, but was charged $55—even though the service I canceled was only $45. Their website says, and I quote, ‘Locks and Lashes has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments are required to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of a minimum 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
