I've had my house build by Lockridge 6 years ago. I don't see their signs anymore but DO NOT build with them. You will regret it. Reach out to people that have used them. Read and more importantly believe what is written!! No one is lying about this disgraceful company!!
Unprofessional. Poor quality. There are areas where they didn’t even paint the walls. Areas that are leaking from the rain. Areas where paint is coming off the walls. All the nails are popping out of the mud and paint because they use nails and not screws in the sheet rock. My house is 3 months old...it looks like a family has been living in it for 10 years.
