2.7 stars out of 5 and well deserved. The worst reception in Perth they are incompitent, rude and have no regard for their patients and will not take and criticism when they stuff things up. 1. My baby was 2 years old and so sick we were worried that something that was not right. The receptionist would not book us in as she and flu like symptoms. Called centre, forced to speak with an AI that could barely process what information I needed to get across. Thankfully, an easy escalation to a human.
Absolutely one the worst clinics to book an appointment in online with booked a appt Thursday arvo they declined it Saturday with a notification said to call the clinic as advised I did to be told by weekend staff they don’t deal with weekday stuff and was very nasty and rude rebooked another appt online for said Tuesday that I needed an appt to have it again decline Tuesday morning and then to call and they have no appts available at all was an appt I had booked in for a family member and that was needed for today disgustin... read more
After years of not being taken seriously, i started seeing Doctor Shashi Ponraja. He is hands down the best doctor i’ve ever had, every single person who has had any issues, i’ve recommended him to, and every time everyone says he is the best. He’s helped me with all the issues I have had after being dismissed by other doctors in the past. I highly recommend him! I will never go to anyone else again. :)
