The service and professionalism from Lockport Insulation was excellent. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Answered all my questions, kept in touch and arranged to work around my schedule. Provided pictures of the before and after, which was appreciated. We used them recently to top up the insulation in the attic of our 25 year old bungalow and were very happy with the service. The attic is hard to access but the owner Jon went up there and took pictures of where insulation had settled and in some cases blown away from wind. He gave us an estimate and facilitated the paperwork for the MB Hydro rebate. Hydro came out to check the estimate and it was accurate. The insulation job was done on time and on budget.
