The service and professionalism from Lockport Insulation was excellent. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Answered all my questions, kept in touch and arranged to work around my schedule. Provided pictures of the before and after, which was appreciated. Took care of everything required for the Efficiency MB Rebate! Overall, super easy process, and my house will be toasty warm for the rest of the winter, and cooler this summer! Thanks Jon and crew!
We used them recently to top up the insulation in the attic of our 25 year old bungalow and were very happy with the service. The attic is hard to access but the owner Jon went up there and took pictures of where insulation had settled and in some cases blown away from wind. Really appreciate the care and exceptional cleanliness they displayed throughout the whole install process. We had multiple quotes and Lockport’s price was extremely competitive.
