Friendly and fast
These guys are truly the best in their field. I locked myself out of my car and Edgar only took 10 minutes to open it back up. All other locksmiths in the area refused to work on Teslas but the people at Lockology were confident in their abilities and were willing to take it on.
The initial customer phone service booking the appointment was very good. The person answering the phone was polite and showed interest in my issue. The technician, Eddie, was knowledgeable, outgoing and helped me understand what the options were with a clear explanation. He resolved my lock issue and told me that the work was guaranteed which I really liked. He gave me a company card with the phone number to keep in the car.
