The appointment scheduler is above and beyond incompetent. She has handed me an inch thick stack of another patient’s medical records. I returned to Lockmiller’s clinic and returned their other patient’s private health information after I discovered their mistake. The appointment scheduler did not recognize this error as a grave mistake which violated federal laws (HIPAA).
