My mum had a free podiatry visit included as a part of her diabetes care plan. I had called in advance and advised about what i was looking for clearly. In no way did the person who did the booking advise that it will not be fully covered and there will be a gap payment. We had a consultation with david. Mind you, he was great and he even assisted with my mums ingrown nail issue. But the admin is the worst i have ever had to deal with.
