I havent been to Dr.Locklear newoffice. He was my Dr. for over half my life.He’s the most caring Dr.I have ever known. He has a passion for people. He always gives his patients the time they need to consult with him. He always listens to his patient. The most impotant thing is he’s a Godly man. He’s doing what God called him to do.
